If you are not entirely satisfied with your item and wish to return it you may do this in 4 quick easy steps.


Please ring our Returns Department on 0800 100200300 or e-mail us at In both instances please give the reason for the return and quote the Sales Record Number (which will be on the paperwork that came with your goods).


After approval from our Returns Department, please return your item using the original packaging and a copy of our despatch note.


Send the item back to us using a tracked and insured delivery service to the following address: Bathroom Traders Ltd 4 Canal Street Derby DE1 2RJ


When we receive your item we will check it for damage, if there is no damage we will then issue your refund.

How many days do I have to return an unwanted item?

You have 14 days from the receipt of goods, in which to contact our Returns Department. We will not accept any returns after 14 days.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If unfortunately, you find that your item is damaged on delivery please let us know within 24 hours. You may be asked to send us a photo of the damage to enable us to make a claim against the couriers insurance. We will then arrange for a courier to collect the damaged item and deliver a replacement or If you prefer we could issue a full refund once we receive the damaged item back.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will issued via the payment method you used to purchase the item.

How long will it take to issue my refund?

Your refund will be issued as soon as we receive your item back in a re-saleable condition.
