Constructed of high quality hardened shaped resin throughout encased between two layers of fully reinforced Lucite® Acrylic, making the elegant structure extremely strong. The tub is designed with perfect trajectory in mind to create a geometric masterpiece. All this gives the double skinned free standing acrylic bath the strength that minimises movement and creaking associated to poorly constructed baths, we supply sturdy steel legs and frame allowing you to fit your luxurious tub where ever you please. WE are so confident our baths are superior to many offered by our competitors including DIY sheds, that we are able to offer a full 25 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. This service is operated directly from our distribution centre, goods are carefully loaded into our privately operated vehicles and delivered directly to your door. You will be contacted with an approximate delivery time prior to the delivery. On arrival, the driver will then bring your goods into your house or into a secure and dry location.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your item and wish to return it you may do this in 4 quick easy steps.

After approval from our Returns Department, please return your item using the original packaging and a copy of our despatch note.

When we receive your item we will check it for damage, if there is no damage we will then issue your refund.


Frequently Asked Questions:

How many days do I have to return an unwanted item?

You have 14 days from the receipt of goods, in which to contact our Returns Department. We will not accept any returns after 14 days.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If unfortunately, you find that your item is damaged on delivery please let us know within 24 hours. You may be asked to send us a photo of the damage to enable us to make a claim against the couriers insurance. We will then arrange for a courier to collect the damaged item and deliver a replacement or If you prefer we could issue a full refund once we receive the damaged item back.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will issued via the payment method you used to purchase the item.

How long will it take to issue my refund?

Your refund will be issued as soon as we receive your item back in a re-saleable condition.

We strongly advise that you do not book plumbers until your goods have arrived and have been checked, we are not liable for any consequential loss or compensation in any way


We aim to dispatch all items within 1 working day from receiving cleared payment. All advertised items are available within 3 – 7 days; however, should any item be out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours. Deliveries are by Royal Mail, our own 5* Door to Door service, Other Courier or pallet service depending on the product and destination. Dispatch notifications will be sent via email, usually within 2 to 3 working days. Premium delivery services can be arranged; please click on Next Day on checkout or any special deliveries contact our Help Desk 0800 772 0773 Please ensure we have your correct contact details to enable our carriers to contact you if necessary. Your personal contact details will not be divulged to any third party.

Carriage Charge

All items have a Standard Carriage Charge added depending on the product. These prices are calculated using UK mainland postal and courier services. Many smaller items have Free Postage, including basin taps. Our maximum delivery charge is £19.95. All orders over £499.95 have Free Delivery. For destinations outside our Standard Delivery Area please call our Customer Services team on 0800 772 0773.


Our preferred payment method is via PayPal, World Pay, Debit or Credit card. Follow Pay Now instructions at Checkout. Should you wish to pay by other means please ring us on 0800 772 0773. All prices include VAT at the current rate.


We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but should you have any reason to return your goods, we offer the following returns policy for your peace of mind.

Changed Your Mind

In line with the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract within a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery.

14 Day Refund or Exchange Offer

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations 7 day return policy, we also offer a 14 day refund or exchange service if you are not happy with any of our products. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel by e-mail. If the goods have not been dispatched we will cancel your order and refund your payment in full. If your order has been dispatched then you will need to return the goods, at your cost, within 14 days of delivery. Please note that goods must be returned in original packaging and show no sign of use. On receipt of the goods we will arrange a full refund or exchange. Carriage and insurance costs are not refundable. If you wish to return the goods for exchange, then any difference in the price of the goods will be charged or refunded, as appropriate. Carriage costs for this service will be charged.

Transit Damage

Please inform us within 24 hours if goods are received damaged. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, we suggest accepting delivery but sign saying Goods Received Damaged. We will then arrange for replacement of goods or alternative action should you wish.

Faulty and Incorrect Goods

If goods are found defective, damaged or incorrect upon receipt, notify us within 14 days. We will then arrange for replacement of the defective or incorrect items. Exchange items will be dispatched after faulty items have been returned back to us in original packaging.

Under Warranty Return

Items under warranty should be sent back to us. Following inspection, at our discretion we will repair, replace or return the goods should we feel there is no manufacturing fault and carriage charged.

Instructions for the Return of Goods

In all cases a Returns Note Number must be obtained from our Dispatch Department. Make sure the goods are packaged securely, using original packaging if possible and use a reputable courier with a signed service and insurance to cover the value of the goods being returned. Please e-mail us to notify you have dispatched the goods.


All products are brand new and come with a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
