At Bathroom Traders, we offer a range of delivery rates suited for you. We deliver to all of the United Kingdom and offer FREE standard delivery to Mainland UK, in addition, we offer FREE small and medium package deliveries across the rest of the United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom.

PLEASE NOTE:

Our delivery system is currently undergoing maintenance, therefore choosing a delivery zone or next day delivery upon checkout is unavailable. Once you have ordered your products from Bathroom Traders and the delivery address is between zone 2 to 7 and/or using next day delivery service, we will contact you to arrange the appropriate delivery charge for your order. Only once your delivery payment has been confirmed, we will process your order for despatch.

Please Note: You will NOT have to pay a delivery charge if you have set your delivery to standard, addressed to mainland UK.

Delivery Package Sizes:

We work out the delivery price by a product size and weight then categorize them in package sizes. A list of package sizes is below to indicate what type of products each one delivers in. See the image below for reference.
For example, a Back-To-Wall Toilet would be delivered in a medium parcel, so the cost for next day delivery of a medium parcel to mainland UK would be £14.90.

How Will My Item Be Delivered & How Long Will It Take To Arrive?

Your items will be despatched from our warehouse and will be delivered to you by courier. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Delivery takes 3-5 working days for standard delivery and 1-2 working days for next day delivery.

Will I Need To Sign For My Delivery?

All courier deliveries require a signature upon delivery, please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your delivery at the address provided to us at the time of placing your order. The delivery driver will not deliver your items inside the property of your address due to insurance policies. If you have ordered a large item, please provide an allocated space at your address for your item to be delivered.

What Happens If I Miss My Delivery?

In the unfortunate circumstances that you miss the courier's delivery attempt, the driver will leave a card at your address to let you know that delivery has been attempted. The card will contain information regarding contacting the courier to arrange redelivery or a depot collection. The courier will attempt the delivery twice, after the second attempt the courier will hold your goods for 5 working days, if you fail to contact the courier within that time, your goods will be returned to us. When parcels are returned to us undelivered, we are charged £20 by our courier. This charge will be passed on to you or deducted from any refund requested.

What Happens If My Item Arrives Damaged?

While most of our deliveries go to plan, on the rare occasion products can be delivered damaged which may have occurred during transit. Currently, damaged products happen to under 1% of our delivered items. We continuously update and improve our packaging methods to avoid breakages and damages, but we are unfortunately not able to avoid some things being spoiled during transport. It is very important that you check your goods upon arrival. If any of your items are damaged, please make a note of this with the delivery company and sign for as damaged. Please take a clear photograph of the outer packaging and of the actual damage to the item received and contact us as soon as possible. We will then arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible and we will contact you using the details provided to confirm what has been arranged and when to expect your replacement.

Please be assured that we will always replace goods that have been damaged during transport if reported to us within 7 days and the goods have been signed for as damaged.

Delivery Advice:

We strongly advise that you do not book any plumbers until your goods have arrived and have been fully checked. We are not liable for any consequential loss or compensation in any way.
