Advice

We strongly advise that you do not book plumbers until your goods have arrived and have been checked, we are not liable for any consequential loss or compensation in any way.


Delivery

We aim to dispatch all items the following working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) from receiving cleared payment. All advertised items are available within 3 – 7 days; however, should any item be out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours. Deliveries are by Royal Mail, our own 5* Door to Door service, Other Courier or pallet service depending on the product and destination. Dispatch notifications will be sent via our automated email service, Premium delivery services can be arranged; please click on Next Day on checkout or any special deliveries contact our Help Desk 0800 772 0773 Please ensure we have your correct contact details to enable our carriers to contact you if necessary. Your contact details will not be divulged to any third party.

 


Delivery Charge

All items delivered to Mainland UK are FREE. Other parts of the United Kingdom and next day delivery will charge extra. These prices are calculated using UK mainland postal and courier services. For destinations outside our Standard Delivery Area please call our Customer Services team on 0800 772 0773 or click HERE for more information.

 


Payment

We accept all major payment types including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, Google Pay & Apple Pay. Follow 'Pay Now' instructions at the Checkout. Should you wish to pay by other means please ring us on 0800 772 0773. All prices include VAT at the current rate.


Transit Damage

Please inform us within 24 hours if goods are received damaged. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, we suggest accepting the delivery but sign saying Goods Received Damaged. We will then arrange for a replacement of items or alternative action should you wish.


Faulty and Incorrect Goods

If your goods are found defective, damaged or incorrect upon receipt, notify us within 14 days. We will then arrange for a replacement of the defective or incorrect items. Exchange items will be dispatched after faulty items have been returned to us in the original packaging.


Under Warranty Return

Items under warranty should be sent back to us. Following an inspection, at our discretion we will repair, replace or return the goods should we feel there is no manufacturing fault and carriage charged.


Instructions for the Return of Goods

In all cases, a Returns Note Number must be obtained from our Dispatch Department. Make sure the goods are packaged securely, using original packaging if possible and use a reputable courier with a signed service and insurance to cover the value of the goods being returned. Please e-mail us to notify you have dispatched the goods.


Warranty

All products are brand new and come with a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
